Men's Colonge for The Vicarious LifeStyle

By jamesda1 · July 31, 2010 · 0 Comments

When selecting the cologne you are going to wear for the day, take the extra time to ensure the aroma compliments your look.

If you are running around to meetings, try Giorgio Armani ACQUA DI GIO or Sean John Unforgivable which will keep you smelling fresh throughout the day. Apply to your entire body directly after the shower and let air dry.

For nighttime events or cocktail parties, try Dolce & Gabbana the one or Gucci by Gucci which offer a stronger more masculine smell and will help you stand out in the crowd. Apply to your entire body and rub into your neck and wrists.

Cologne does not react to everyone’s skin the same, so make sure to smell it both as it comes out the bottle, but also when it is dry on your skin.

Tell me, what are your favorite colognes to wear?

Men's Luxury Accessories for The Vicarious LifeStyle

By jamesda1 · July 21, 2010 · 0 Comments

Wearing a luxury watch, bracelet or accessory is a great investment to your personal style.  I can't tell you how many times I will be out, and the first thing I get complimented on is my accessories.  Over the years, I haven't had the best of luck with my jewelry collection as  both a David Yurman Black Diamond Chevon ring and Belmont watch have been stolen from me, but I still have a soft spot in my heart and wallet for luxury accessories.  Here are some piecrd I recommend picking up.

Tag Huer Grand Carrera Calibre - $5,000

David Yurman Black Onyx Spiritual Bead Bracelet - $250

Louis Vuitton Keep It Bracelet - $170

Gucci Dog Tags - $475

Coach Striped Gauze Scarf - $118

Fashion Tips for Men - Accessories on a Budget for Summer 2010

By jamesda1 · July 7, 2010 · 0 Comments

Most men are intimidated by fashion.  They don't know if they should start with a fresh pair of shoes and build their outfit up, or start with a crisp shirt and work their way down.  For me it doesn't matter where I start when picking out my outfit, as long as I finish with the perfect accessories.

This summer it's all about color to compliment your look. I like to wear affordable pieces that rotate depending on my outfit for the day. You can find many affordable watches, necklaces, wallets, socks and even scarves to give your basic outfit a much needed boost. Check out some of my favorite affordable summer accessories below!

Rowdy in the Streets of Georgetown

By jamesda1 · July 5, 2010 · 0 Comments

To kick off the 4th of July my girlfriend and I went into Georgetown and had lunch at Tony and Joe's, a nice seafood restaurant on the waterfront.  After lunch, we walk around town and ended the day taking out a kayak on the Potomac River.  I was wearing a Rowdy t-shirt, Sean John shorts and Supra shoes.

Rowdy in D.C. for the 4th of July

By jamesda1 · July 3, 2010 · 0 Comments

Today was the first full day of my weekend trip to D.C. and me and my girlfriend hit the town hard, going around to all of the monuments and museums. I decided it was the perfect chance to rock some of my Rowdy gear, and paired it with some Sean John shorts and Adidas shoes and watch.  Check out some of my favorites pictures from the afternoon below!
